 gniew is his instrument. What the 34-year-old virtuoso does with it is a m
 atter of mood\, and different every single time. Influenced by British pun
 k rock\, Berlin techno\, the classical music of his homeland\, American ja
 zz\, and every conceivable other musical genre from around the world\, he 
 brings his modular reed instrument to life using 'techniques borrowed from
  piano works.' Yet inspiration can also be found in 'an old washing machin
 e\, a blade of grass\, the sound of a bus engine\, or even a chair in the 
 middle of a stage.' A self-described 'hunter of interesting people\,' he h
 as performed with bassist Joëlle Léandre\, vocalist Anna Gadt\, vibraphoni
 st Yuhan Su\, and drummer Ramon Prats among others. Before releasing his t
 hird solo album in early 2027\, Zbigniew makes his debut appearance in Saa
